6 mos contract
• 8-10+ years experience in SAP BASIS administration
• Proven track record in new SAP installation and ongoing maintenance covering NW 7.3 ABAP & Java stacks, and recent versions of most of the following products: Enterprise Portal, ECC, PI, BW, Hana, Vertex, GRC, BPC, and BusinessObjects XI
• Strong knowledge of client strategy, BASIS best practices, and most of the following: cloud hosting, data center liaisonship, connectivity, middleware / technical integration, and SOX compliance
• Strong hands-on experience in most of the following: system copies, backup/restore, sizing, support packages / enhancement pack upgrades, SSL certificates, firewall modification requests, single sign-on (SSO), RFC destination setup, printer / scanner / handheld device setup, Correction & Transport System (CTS+), system performance tuning, root cause analysis; and resolving Early Watch, short dump, and other types of monitoring / healthcheck report issues
• Experience in database administration (Oracle and Hana in particular)
• Experience in UNIX / Linux and Windows based operating systems, along with knowledge of SQL, FTP, and shell scripting
