Job Title: U.S IT/Technical Recruiter & Bench Sales
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad, AP, India
On Boarding date: Immediate
Compensation: Salary + Incentives.

Job Description:
- Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
- * Able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements on day-to-day basis.
- * Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
- * Should be familiar with job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Techfetch etc.
- * Proven successful sales record in the U.S IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
- * Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
- * Able to recruit candidates with OPT,H1B, GC, U.S Citizens
- * Willing to work in night shifts (EST time) Work hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
- * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is the key to the right candidate.
