*Lead developer experience. The ability to provide direction and mentoring to other developers on a project using the tools described above.
*Ability to transform business requirements through functional/technical analysis into technical specifications and design
*Build application programs based on technical specifications, test and implement systems; Support the SDLC process through post-implementation Support
*Ability to perform Web/SQL development tasks relating to the support, maintenance, and implementation of new and existing applications.
*Ability to understand business processes & to be customer focused. Experience working in both traditional and agile development environments.
*Demonstrated experience developing complex transactional applications using role-based security management.

ASP.net, VB.net, and Object Oriented Programming within a Service Oriented Architecture Required 10 Years  
Visual Studio Team Edition, Team Foundation Server within a Service Oriented Architecture Required 10 Years  
.Net Framework 2.0 and above, jQuery within a Service Oriented Architecture Required 10 Years  
JASON Required 10 Years  
Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure development with SQL Server 2005 or above.  Required 10 Years  
Develop and Consume Web Services Required 10 Years  
XML, Java Script & VB Script Required 10 Years  
Strong T-SQL skills with extensive query and stored procedure development with SQL Server 2005 or above.  Required 5 Years  
SQL Database design/development. Required 5 Years  
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above Required 5 Years  
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above Required 5 Years  
Prior experience working in the Government Sector.  Highly desired      
Experience with C# a plus Highly desired      
Experience with Business Process/Workflow solutions; Mobile computing/Mobile Apps; Rules Engines Highly desired
