The focus for this team is workflow automation and process improvement. They are seeking a skilled developer to create applications using Java, J2EE. It will also be important for this person to have basic SQL skills (mainly the ability to write a query). The architecture is already in place, but at least for this first project, it will be mostly new development. As a part of their goal to be a world class IT department, they will be giving their employees the opportunity to move around from team to team depending on the project or technology that someone is best suited for or most interested in. Given that approach, they are most interested in strong general Java skills and soft skills. Preference will be given to developers with strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented attitude and an eagerness to learn, teach, and grow.
Must Have:
- 3-5+ years Java Development Experience
- 3-5+ years J2EE
- Basic SQL Knowledge
