Title: ERP QA Lead

Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 12+ months

General Experience:

·             Ten (10) years of experience in software development life cycle quality assurance and testing in ERP implementations. 

·             Five (5) years of experience in HCM ERP application quality assurance and testing for the large project teams.

·             Five (5) years of experience with automated testing

Specialized Experience:

·             Seven (7) years of experience in quality management and testing tools.

·             Five (5) years of experience in managing QA Analysts and Test Leads teams.

·             Seven (7) years of experience in quality.

·             Three (3) years of automated testing experience with Selenium tools.

·             Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional resources.

·             Ability to work independently.

·             Ability to multi-task effectively and work within given time constraints.

·             Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

·             Ability to bring new and innovative ideas to the team.

·             Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·             SaaS Cloud HCM Implementation experience is desired.
