Tasks & Duties
Help remote site staff deal with a wide range of technical issues.
Manage working relationships with remote site staff.
Act as a liaison between remote site staff and MIS.
Manage requests from multiple remote site staff members.
Provide on-demand training to remote site staff.
Support remote site LAN services.
Optimize system performance through software and hardware configuration.
Perform quality checks on outcomes of work performed.
Document system installation, configuration procedures and current configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve remote site staff computer system problems.
Analyze problem and research solutions by querying existing knowledge base.
Identify, test and implement solutions, managing system resolution with available resources.
Communicate technical solutions and implementation processes, then implement long-range solutions.
Document hardware and software problems and resolutions.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 Years Experience with troubleshooting and resolving computer system problems.
Minimum 2 Years Experience with Microsoft Windows XP Professional.
Minimum 2 Years Experience with Microsoft Server.
Minimum 2 Years Experience with Wide Area Network (WAN) Concepts and Theories.
Minimum 2 Years Experience with Local Area Network (LAN) Concepts and Theories.
Minimum 2 Years Experience interacting with a wide variety of personnel within the Agency.
Minimum 2 Years Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines.
