Job Title: Release Manager
Location: Pleasanton, CA (May have to visit facility in Vacaville, CA on a need basis)

Required Experience
Proven track record of employee development for a team of 15 - 20 employees.
Experience in supporting .NET and Java based application development teams a must.
Experience with software development lifecycle support and familiarity with audit controls and tracking changes to software applications
Proven contribution in enhancements to standard operating procedures and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Must have Change and Configuration Management experience
Experience managing multiple controlled environments.
Technical Skills
Must be able to quickly grasp technical concepts as explained by developers, support teams, operations, and quality assurance.
Proven analytics and reporting skills (data mining, excel reporting, analysis, presentation development).
Strong knowledge of release tools for automation
Plan and lead production deployments
Strong knowledge of software development and release processes
Strong knowledge of code migration services and the ability to implement code packaging and deployment procedures is required
Thorough understanding of platform technology and code release requirements to identify and address potential build/package/deploy related issues.
