The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization.

This person will validate the death requirements for the Bureau of Health Statistics and Research and conduct a gap analysis of those requirements against what currently exists in the DAVE system and identify the gaps.
Solid BA experience Required 5 Years  
Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis. Required 5 Years  
Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies. Required 5 Years  
Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix  Required 5 Years  
Experience conducting a gap analysis Required 5 Years  
Strong organization and writing skills.  Required      
Strong oral and written communication skills. Required
