Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 9 Months
Interview: Skype or in person
This individual will need to work collaboratively in a team setting with IDE staff. This position requires technical skills and experience working in EDI environments. Furthermore, a skill set of working hands on with data and experience in data cleansing will be needed. This individual will need to be a fast learner and learn SIF technology and technical details required to implement this system.
Past experience in providing high quality of customer service is desirable. This position will need to work with an external vendor to trouble shoot connectivity problems
Data person, organizational skills.
Self starter and self motivated.
Ability to work with a team of individuals that are responsible for a distributed system
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating
Significant past experience in delivering EDI solutions in an enterprise environment Required 5 Years
Significant experience working in XML Required 2 Years
Experience resolving data quality issues for an enterprise Required 2 Years
Experience understanding complex business rules and applying these to clean large amounts of data Required 5 Years
Coordinating the set up and configuration with IDE and school district personnel Desired
Communicating and coordinating communication with vendors as needed Required 2 Years
Provision districts and testing the automated data flow from SLF system Desired
Diagnosing problems and determining the point of failure if a technology breakdown occurs Required 5 Years
Ability to debug, translate and determine source of user or system errors Required 5 Years
Experience with the School Interoperability Framework Desired
