·         Over 6 years of hands-on experience in the field of Software Testing and Quality Assurance with diversified skills in Manual and Automated Testing seeking a challenging position  as a QA Analyst/Software Tester of web based and client/server applications in a dynamic environment.

·         Strong QA Professional with good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software testing methodologies, and QA procedures.

·         Proficient in both manual and automated testing in various industries such as Private banking, SharePoint, e-commerce

·         Experience in testing  middleware applications using TOAD,SQL, Putty

·         Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Methodologies and Validations to ensure the Quality Assurance Control.

·         Strong working Knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) & SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and experienced with Black Box testing.

·         Performing defect tracking throughout the testing phase by HP Quality Center / Test Director, Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, JIRA

·         Experience in Testing SOAP & REST based Web service using SOAP UI

·         Expertise in Analyzing Business Specifications and develop Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts and execute them.

·         Expertise in the use of Quality Center for Test Planning, Test Designing, Test Analysis, Test Execution, Defect Tracking and Test Evaluation.

·         Experience is using QTP for Recording the application

·         Testing Methodology and Test Plan Formulations.

·         Test Case analysis and design, Test Script development and Test Coverage.

·         Test Summary Reports and Defect Tracking.

·         Defect tracking and change management using HP Quality center

·         Integration Testing, System Testing, Performance Testing, Functional Testing, Database testing, User Acceptance testing and Back-End Testing.

·         Proficient in Back end testing of Oracle, SQL Server, and MS-Access Databases to check the   integrity of data. Extensively used SQL Queries to retrieve data from database.

·         Performing black box testing including GUI/Web testing, smoke testing, system and regression testing.

·         Well experienced in test planning, documentation, defining and executing the Test cases using automated tools as well as Manually.

·         Strong experience in interacting with developers to analyze the user requirements, functional specifications.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, intuitive and analytical skills.

·         Ability to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments
