Job Description:

·         6-8 years of Business analysis experience* Knowledge of ERP package is essential*

·         Specialist in Retail Processes around Customer Experience & Marketing with specialization in one or more areas of Customer Awareness,

·         Digital Channel Customer Experience, In-store customer experience,

·         integrating experiences, Customer Engagement, Customer Relationships,

·         Customer Insight, Market Analysis, Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy & Marketing Planning.

·         Knowledgeable to work with customer teams on projects and capable of collaborating with customers for key project outcomes.

·         Able to analyze business problems and lead other Consultants to meet project objectives.

·         Able to architect processes supporting projects.

·         Able to guide technical teams in functional areas and contribute to building PoC, industry specific functional demos and  models.

·         Specialist in Retail Processes around Retail - Merchandizing with specialization in one or more areas of Merchandize Planning, Merchandize Budgeting,
