Location: Alpharetta GA
Duration: 6+Months
Manage the configuration and security for TFS projects.
Customize TFS work item templates to meet project needs.
Server Administration - set up servers to support ASP.Net and WCF development, test and performance.
Monitor production environments for performance and operational issues.
Define and document development and test environments, and release management processes and controls.
Create and administer ASP.NET web sites and WCF hosted web services.
Perform SQL Server 2008 database backups and restores.
Create, customize, and schedule multiple build definitions for multiple teams.
Architect and implement build controller and agent strategies.
Branch and merge shared source code for multiple concurrent development projects.
Create parameterized Web Deploy packages for staging and production deployments.
Create and support custom reports from the TFS data warehouse.
Collaborate with client's IT departments to explain and train on key activities performed related to release management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TFS expertise and 5+ years of relevant experience
Helpful to have experience working for a technology consulting firm or software product company
Bachelor's degree required
Microsoft training in TFS is helpful.
