Job title: Sr./Lead Business Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 4 Months+ (with extension of 1 yr+), 

Direct Client Position

IN PERSON Interviews 

Interview: March 6th between 10:00 am and Noon.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating 

All roles specified in BA1, BA2 including the following  Required 7 Years   

Experience in a leadership role within the past 4 years Required 4 Years   

Experience leading other Business Analysts in eliciting, defining and documenting system and user requirements  Required 2 Years   

Experience electing , defining and documenting systems and user requirements  Required 4 Years   

Experience working directly with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance  Required 4 Years   

Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements  Required 4 Years   

Experience interviewing non technical en users to determine and document current business processes  Required 3 Years   

Experience in Business Process Re-engineering  Required 2 Years   

Experience using Viso to create business processes flows including standard flowcharts and swim lane diagrams  Required 3 Years   

Experience creating test conditions , test cases and test scenarios  Required 3 Years   

Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis  Required 4 Years   

Experience as a Technical BA on a complete SDLC thru completion on a minimum of 2 SDLC or implementation projects  Required 4 Years   

Experience using Project management software (Microsoft Project, Clarity ) to develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure  Required 4 Years   

Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) as a business requirements tracking tool  Required 4 Years   

Experience in systems process and data mapping as well as proficiency in the creation of detailed documents Required 4 Years   

Need to show at least 1 year experience with an organization as large as DPS  Required 4 Years   

Experience transferring BA knowledge to staff  Required 4 Years   

Excellent interpersonal skills  Required
