Title: Oracle programmer/Data Modeler
Locations: Carson City, NV

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge with experience using Oracle 11g with PL/SQL in a Windows based environment; 
• Experience in business and technical requirements gathering and translating those requirements into effective data design; 
• Experience in the implementation of data marts, data mart lifecycles, and systems using data marts is essential; 

• Oracle Data model design;
• Oracle database design
• Data load process design experience 
• Knowledge of PC-based data tools:
• MS Excel
• MS Access
• XML file formats
• Ability to program (40%) and do 60% data modeling.
• Toad (used for data modeling)
• SQL Developer (used for data modeling)
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), used for ETL 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 

Desired skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition Suite (OBIEE, 11g)
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) preferred; 
• An understanding of transportation systems and public safety principles will be beneficial;
