Job Description:
Has Test Lead Experience
• Experience using industry-standard test management tools ( HP Quality Center preferred)
• Has worked on Methodologies and strategies around testing techniques (e.g. decision trees, risk based analysis, decision tables, boundary analysis)
• Has experience on defining testing scope, test effort estimation, test plan approach, risks, and assumptions and other documentation skills
• Design and write test cases using requirement specification and Use Case documents
• Experience on different software development methodologies
• Adheres to Project Timelines
• Excellent problem solving, debugging skills
• Report and communicate test status and metrics to project stakeholders
• Experience on different software development methodologies ; experience in managing onsite/offshore team
• Has good Negotiation and Leadership skills (e.g. provide direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed)
• Adheres to Project Budget & Timelines
• Negotiating Skills - Leadership skills , Peer Review
• Manage and maintain knowledge documents, Training Manuals
• Experience in managing multi-location teams
• Excellent in SQL queries and data validation Strategy . Need High SQL skills as testing will involve interfaces testing and data migration testing.
