MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates, maintains MS SQL Databases in cluster and non-cluster mode
Solves performance related problems with MS SQL databases running in Cluster Mode or non-cluster mode
Knowledge of batch and powershell scripting
Monitors improves and innovates database capability
Participates in team meetings

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of DBA experience on SQL Server (2005 and above) in clustered environment
5+ years of experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting SSRS and SSIS (2005 and above)
Programming skills with Batch and Powershell scripting
Knowledge of T-SQL
Knowledge of DB management tools such as Quest Spotlight, Quest Performance Management Suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to own/manage tasks to completion.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsive to requests/input.
Ability to develop/learn new skills.
