Direct Client Need - Infrastructure Testing Expert - ASAP!!
We need Infrastructure Testing Expert with below skills details
Good Infrastructure Background and preferable infra testing with atleast 12-14 years of experience.
He./She should be having Testing background with strong non-functional testing knowledge.
He / She should be able to understand the Infrastructure component such as Database/Middleware/Tools, back-out/ failovers etc
Should be able to manage multiple initiatives, teams with on-time delivery and achieve continuous improvements.
Create a road-map for delivering Infrastructure assignments in the client organization (working closely with various stake-holders in the program).
Able to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly program status reports to various levels of people in the organization
Capture Metrics and provide plans to improve them and articulate the improvements made and targets/goals met.
Create overall Strategy and plan for Infra/Technical testing based on architecture
Good knowledge on Test Environment.
Good Communication, should be able to drive things on their own and push the project teams appropriately as well.
