Skills Need:

·         Admiral is seeking an experienced Applications, Programmer Analyst. Professional with experience and proficiency in the following areas:

·         Must speak 'Excellent' English.

·         Must be a Green card holder or Citizen.

·         JD Edwards/Oracle skills.
Application familiarity

·         Will probably be a Older consultant (that has a wealth of Back ground in JD Edwards and other Software.

·         Specialist in JD Edwards who knows how to work with modules AR, AP, GL, EDI, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, and other modules if possible.

·         Musty have experience doing Back ground programming with JD Edwards RAD to analyze data at table level, Tables, Views, Interactive and Back application, their interrelationships, and understand Fields.

·         Must have experience with the Oracle database. Must be able to look in to the data base, for errors, (only needs to be familiar with Oracle).

·         Must be able to write SQL code to fix bad data.

·         Must know EDI In JD Edwards, RDA in JD Edwards, security in JD Edwards, OMI, Package builds, and ESU Bug fixes.

·         Must be able to read programs in JD Edwards on RPG and AS/400.

·         SQL a big Plus

·         Experience with ‘Route Accounting’ a big plus.

·         Experience with Toad a plus.

·         Experience with Kronos software a big plus.

Systems Administrator-NICE

Position Summary  

The Contact Center Services NICE Sr. Systems Administrator position will have the responsibility to deploy, operate and maintain the NICE Call Logging and Analytics Infrastructure. This position will ensure that all building blocks for company’s NICE Systems Solutions can interact and communicate successfully as per best practice, using vendor recommendations and international accepted standards. Also responsible for operational excellence, client satisfaction and profitability as it relates to NICE.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

·         Primary SME for the NICE infrastructure and its proper operation, configuration and support.

·         Understand the impact and implications of issues with NICE Solution and where necessary, apply knowledge and experience towards the resolution and remediation.

·         NICE recording platforms, ensuring the changes meet business and technical requirements while maintaining a reliable recording system.

·         Provide and evaluate proactive NICE System Health Checks and Reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

·         Work directly with System Engineers to support the NICE infrastructure across the organization.

·         Assist Call Center Managers & Team Leads with questions and problems associated with the configuration, administration, and management of users in the NICE system.

·         Demonstrated ability to deal directly with Line of Business (LoBs) in a friendly, supportive manner to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues regarding NICE performance, security, availability, and reliability.

·         Provide technical guidance and documentation to colleagues and Call Center staff, with regard to NICE Solution.

·         Handle trouble tickets and phone calls from Helpdesk/Remedy Tickets.

·         Required to facilitate NICE-related project execution and problem solving.

·         Work with development team supporting varying applications and systems that interface with the NICE Perform recording systems to resolve issues as well as implement improvements.

 

Experience and Education

·         Any Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Data Communications or Computer Science

·         Technical certification in NICE Products.

·         4+ years related experience, or comparable combination of education and experience.


Technology Skills and Strengths

·         4+ Years Call Center experience

·         Strong knowledge of Nice Call Logging such as VoIP, Screen, TDM Loggers

·         Strong knowledge of Nice Playback Server

·         Strong knowledge of Nice Interaction Analytics and Desktop Analytics

·         Strong knowledge of Nice Datamart, Nice Feedback servers.

·         Working knowledge of SQL, including database infrastructure, syntax and job management

·         Adequate Telecom background

·         Working knowledge of Avaya PBX administration.

·         Experience with AES or other CTI platforms

·         Experience with configuration and support experience in a complex multi-layered network environment

·         Must have experience working with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Visio

·         Excellent customer service skills including reporting, organization, written and oral communication and task prioritization

·         Ability to work in team environment but can self-direct when necessary

Job Title               : Data Center Touch Service Support

Exp                         : 4 to 5+ years

Location               : Deerfield, IL & Chicago, IL   

 

Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS  

 

         Installation of Hardware Devices

         Should be able to work Shifts

         Equipment installations into rack and configuration steps to the point of allowing remote connectivity

         Installing, replacing or removing equipment components (such as a router/switch card, Load balancers, WAN accelerator, Wireless devices etc.)

         Labeling of equipment and cable connections, running traces

         Patching and cabling as directed.

         Physical Power cycling of systems (Servers, Network Devices, and Security Devices etc.) as required.

         Issuing operating system commands via keyboard as directed, Verifying connectivity

         Assisting with uncrating equipment from boxes, RMA and shipping of replaced equipment

         Backup tape maintenance (swapping, logging, storing/shipping)

         Inventorying of equipment

         Physical check/monitoring of servers, Network devices and other device for any visual warnings and Alarms

         Monitoring of Datacenter Environmental systems like UPS, Power, Generator etc

         Coordinate with OEMs and 3rd Parties like IBM, HP. EMC, Cisco etc

         Escorting them inside Datacenter for break-down and maintenance work

         Coordinating with Electricians, HVAC, Generator and Building contractors

         Work closely with WAG L2 and Engg. Teams on day today operations

         Coordinate changes and deployments

         Planned and unplanned outage assistance

 

Follow the customer defined processes Reporting

         Enforcing Data Center policies and standards

         Shipping / Receiving

         Maintenance and Upgrades

         Coordination of planned events / outages

         Monitoring raised floor environmental

         Troubleshooting o    Methodically and logically eliminate possibilities to locate the root cause of an incident. o    Trace cables

         Change directions quickly as priorities change.

         Document work performed

         Participate in planning and status meetings for new installations / projects or any required meetings.

         Participate in Command Center Emergency Calls

         Respond to requests for major emergencies

 

Title: Python Scripter/Developer – High Priority
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ months

·         Good Python scripter with min 2 years of python scripting experience

·         Experience in developing tools using python scripting language

·         Working experience in Linux – Linux Commands, Utilities, Knowledge of version controls like Perforce, Git, CVS etc.,

·         Good knowledge of core Java programming with minimum 2 years of experience. (Desired – Not mandatory)

·         Excellent written & verbal communication, Hands on team player.

This position is for Dev Tools support team, who provide support to other development teams and QA team with automation scripts (for ex: Install/Implementation scripts, Test Automation scripts etc.,)

 

Position  : SR Oracle Engineer

Duration: 1yr+

Location : Charlotte NC

 

Skills Need:

         Must have 10+ years of proven Oracle database operations and engineering skills.

         Must have ‘Recent’ working experience in large financial organizations preferred (or similar regulated / complex environments)

         Must have working experience in standardized large environments.

         Must have experience  with ‘Automation and Orchestration’ (e.g. Grid Control, iWave, BDA).

         Experience with Capacity Planning.

         Experience with Linux Administration.

         Must have experience with ‘Oracle Advanced Security - Encryption, Authentication, PKI, and Kerberos’.

         Must have experience with Oracle Grid Control (monitoring and automation).

         Experience with Cloakware.

         Experience with Security/vulnerability management.

         Ability to work efficiently and drive results under pressure
Must adhere to the quality commitments of the firm

         Problem Solving and Cross-Technical Integration
Global/international work experience preferred.

         Experience in automation, testing
Exposure to application server software
Oracle Products (RAC, DBMS, ASM) and Oracle 11R2 and 12 in a UNIX and Linux environment.

Skills Need:

         Must have 8+ years experience developing SQL Server database.

         Must have Recent experience in a financial services environment.

         Recent experience working with SQL Server 2010, Server 2010 R2, and Sql Server 2008.

         Extensive Recent experience utilizing Strong T-Sql programming.

         Experience with C#/.NET programming especially .NET Sql Client and Sql CLR.

         Experience with SSIS packages, this will include heavy multithreading.

         Experience with PowerShell scripts

         Recent experience with Visual Studio 2012.
