- Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Experience with systems analysis and functional design.
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Experience with documentation and problem resolution.
- Meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to present ideas and information in group settings.
- Familiar with the full software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of structured programming techniques.
- Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
- Good verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
- The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of relational database and understanding of basic SQL
- Experience with Agile is a plus
- Experience with financial services industry is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
