Title: Senior Dot Net Developer

Duration: 12+Months

Location: Johns Creek, GA

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE::

- 10+ years of experience with one or more programming languages or software packages in a client server environment with layered architecture.

- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft .Net development platform/Web Services (C#, WPF, WCF, REST, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2010, etc)

- 3+ years working with ASP.NET MVC Framework, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, LINQ, CSS, HTML.

- 5+ years: Design Patterns

- Strong SQL skills, ability to develop and tune complex queries.

- 5+ years: SQL Server and Oracle

- 5+ years: Unit Testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit, MS Testing Framework)

- Experience w/ Source Control (i.e. Clear Case, Subversion)

- 5+ years in Object Oriented analysis and design and data modeling experience.

- 5+ years in UML design.

- 5+ years application development and integration; systems integration.

- 5+ years working with object oriented languages (C#, VB.Net, C++, Java).

- Experience with multiple database platforms, application servers, and development environments.

- Knowledgeable with Web / IT infrastructure support and administration experience.

- Knowledgeable with build and deployment process.

- Experience with IIS for configuration and deployment.

- Demonstrates a broad understanding of the applications and technical architectures.

- Serves as a technical expert on existing applications supporting the business area, along with other inter-related / adjacent systems and applications.

- Can design systems/applications with high level of complexity (e.g. many interfaces, multiple packages, platforms)

- Evaluates the applicability of leading edge technologies and uses this information to significantly influence future business strategies for the area(s) supported.

- Brings technical and/or business systems knowledge from external sources and incorporates those ideas into IT.

- Acts as a technology mentor to team members.

- Understands changing business needs for supported area and recommends strategies for the future.

- Builds and maintains up-to-date knowledge about company and industry trends and strategy, and advises customers on approaches to optimize business success.

- Independently identifies, defines, directs, and performs analyses to resolve complex first-time project issues including the analysis of technical and economic feasibility of proposed systems solutions.

- Designs projects with broad implications and significant risk for the business and/or the future architecture, delivering innovative changes and successfully addressing cross-technology and cross-platform issues.

- Can analyze complex business and competitive issues and discern their implications for systems support.

- Manages any vendors necessary to complete the project(s).

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Experience with mobile application development experience using .Net Compact Framework (Windows CE, Windows Mobile and Windows 8).

- Experience with Tibco Enterprising Messaging Bus (EMS).

- Experience in Tibco Business Works (BW) / Business Events (BE) tool is a plus.

- Exposure to HTML5 is a plus.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with computer science and engineering as a Major.
