The Reporting Analyst is responsible for demonstrating a high level of reporting expertise as well as data and trending analysis through his/her management of reporting for complex projects. Develop, implement, and support daily/weekly/monthly business reports for the team and its stakeholders. Responsible for understanding data and problem resolution. Work is done in a team-based environment which requires building and maintaining strong relationships. Creativity, initiative, and a solutions orientation are the hallmark of our work.

• Two or more years of relevant work experience in the financial industry

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including building macros, pivot tables, charting, data management (domain functions, vlookup, logical operators), conditional formatting

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business related field

• Willingness to travel 3 weeks per month – Being onsite in Owensboro, KY

• Preference for the freedom to seek creative solutions

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills including the ability to clearly summarize complex issues

• Ability and desire to learn new skills and broaden industry expertise

• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of various projects and client cultures

• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to thrive in a team-based setting

• Foreign language skills, particularly Spanish, preferred but not mandatory
