Sr. .Net Software Developer with TFS
Location: Pasadena, CA
Duration: 9 Months +
Rate: $50/hr
Need only local candidate. In-person interview is required
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop web-based UIs in ASP.NET/C#
• UI and UX Design
• Develop new functionality on existing software solutions
• Work as part of a team using agile software development methods
• Gather requirements and propose solutions
• Exceptional Email management and written communication skills
• Maintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and tools
• Provides recommendations to improve operating efficiency and functionality of assigned systems areas
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 8 + years as a .NET software developer. 3+ years as a Sr. .Net developer
• Proven experience in front end development using ASP.NET Forms/MVC
• Responsive web design (RWD), RESTful services
• HTML 5, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON, DOM
• jQuery or similar technologies
• Knowledge of .NET Framework including Visual Studio 2012, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, WCF and WF
• Basic knowledge of databases and standard infrastructure
• Experience in agile/lean development methods, unit testing, continuous integration testing, and continuous delivery
• Experience with continuous integration using TFS
