Required Skills:

·         Kronos Technical and Application Architecture (Level: Expert)

·         Kronos WFC/WFSO 6.2 Data Models (Level: Expert)

·         Kronos WFC/Kronos Connect (Level: Expert)

·         Oracle 11g and PL/SQL (Level: Expert)

·         WRM - Record Manager (Level: Expert)

·         Work Force integration manager(WIM)

·         Creating Crystal reports in Kronos

·         Knowledge of Best Practices for SDLC (Level: Expert)

·         Kronos configurable features: Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday schedules, Accruals, Attendance, Pay Code Distributions, etc

·         Oracle 11g and PL/SQL

·         11.Good analytical skills with good knowledge / understanding of revenue accounting
