Position:- IT-Recruiter(Sales) (U.S Process)
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Qualification:-Any Graduate - Preferred IT Technical Background

Sales Recruiters:

·         Experience 3 to 6 Yrs. in marketing of bench consultants

·         Aggressive in marketing H1B/H1B Transfers / EAD/GC/Citizen consultants

·         Well versed with bench consultant marketing techniques other than normal process

·         Communication 8+ on a 10 point scale

·         Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts

·         Should have proven experience in developing new contacts and client relationships

·         Demonstrated ability in achieving Recruitment Targets.

·         Must have a good and relevant database of US Clients, Tier 1 Vendors.

·         Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.

·         Experience with Boolean searches when searching passive candidates (AIRS) theories
