Job Description:
*Must have CUCM, 8.0 experience and UCCX experience.
*This need is for a Tier 2 person who can problem solve and work through CUCM and UCCX issues.
* True Tier 2 - Problem solvers, not just a ticket taker
*Can handle a fast paced environment
* Recent 8.x Call Manager day-to-day experience and expertise
* Same for Unity Connection 8.x voicemail
* Expertise and break/fix for Cisco SIP Gateway and protocols
* Ability to do Call manager break/fix, and complex MACDs
