I have the below requirement with my preferred vendor. Please do let me know if you have any suitable candidates
Position: ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
We are in an URGENT and IMMEDIATE need of a ServiceNow Experienced Consultant for Austin, TX OR Santa Clara, CA location.
Must Have:
· ServiceNow Implementation experience with knowledge on all essential modules, configurations and workflow modifications.
· ServiceNow administrative knowledge is also a must
· ServiceNow certifications would be highly desired
· Good understanding of ITIL v3 (certification would be an advantage)
· Exposure to having worked in large organizations with Service Management tools
· Good stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to have:
· Other Implementation experience on ITSM tools like Remedy etc. would be an advantage
· Hands-on knowledge of Scripting
· Administrative knowledge on other ITSM tools
· Process improvement, Implementation and management experience
