ODOT SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION:
Development of an application for managing VIN and account manager data. Will include modules with implementation of a restful service that collects various reports from the account managers and stores the data into a database. There will also be module for viewing the data and maintaining various attributes of the account managers and VINs.
