Job Description : The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible to act as the mid-level subject matter expert representing the business perspective for a variety of IAM applications. This person will work with MasterCard Information Security Operations & Engineering teams, Functional Business Leads and IT partners. The Business Analyst will be responsible to define business requirements, develop business processes, validate business processes against the systems. The Analyst will define functional requirements and testing results, indicating that the business requirements are being delivered to meet the needs of all involved parties.

Acts as the liaison between business users and IT operations and development to resolve issues and expedite systems enhancement tasks..
Participate in end-to end implementation planning to include change management, testing, training and support.
Creates business process use cases and test cases to ensure the new and/or changed application and/or data meets requirements.
Constructs end-user documentation and training materials.
