• Develop software solutions for safety applications through periodic software releases utilizing Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, .Net Framework and Reporting Services.

• Perform data analysis, develop relational data models and develop on-screen and system reports.

• Design and develop Safety Dashboard software.

• Develop software design document of periodic software releases.

• Participate in planning and estimating sessions.

• Conduct Unit and Regression testing of developed work.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Experience developing Safety applications in transportation industry is highly preferred.

• Development experience in MS SharePoint 2010.

• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Demonstrated thorough understanding of object oriented programming.

• Experience in .NET software development with Microsoft technologies using C#, .NET Framework and java scripting.

• Knowledge of installation of SharePoint server and creating and managing site-collections.

• Ability to customize web parts using MS Visual Studio and Windows SharePoint services.

• Ability to create Web pages utilizing ASPX and publishing web pages.

• Thorough understanding of out-of-the-box SharePoint features.

• Thorough understanding of creating customized complex flows.

• Thorough understanding of site content types and site columns.

• Ability to create and manage groups and site permissions.

• Ability to create and manage lists and calendars.

• Expertise in handling master pages.

• Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSAS and SSRS.

• Thorough knowledge of using the software code repository, Team Foundation Suite.

•  Proven track record of providing production support.
