Duration: 6 – 12 months Contract
Description:
- Maintains SCCM Platform.
- Actively performs SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2013 migration for 18,000 Desktops.
- Test software in isolated and production environments.
- Roll-out software.
- Provide timely, effective, and professional customer support 24x7 on a rotating basis.
- Provide support for the field PC Technicians on complex installation issues.
