Position- Sr. Manual QA Tester

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 18 Months

Rate- $70/hr on c2c

Job Requirements:

·         Bachelor's or higher Degree

·         5+ years SQA experience in complex technical environments

·         5+ years creating complex SQL scripts

·         5+ years in test case design and development

·         3+ years testing Web Applications

·         3+ years in requirements analysis

·         Significant experience in back-end interface testing

Specific Skills:

·         Expert research and analytical skills involving technical and business process documentation - including system architecture, detailed design, and requirements

·         Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive and accurate test designs and conditions through research and analysis of documentation; and from socializing with technical and business experts

·         Significant experience designing and executing QA black, white and gray box test conditions

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Demonstrated ability to successfully participate as a SQA team member on large, complex projects from design through Production deployment

·         Easy and adaptive personality

·         Fast, accurate & enthusiastic self-starter

·         Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels (i.e. Management, SQA, DEV, Business Partners, Security, etc.)

·         Independent thinker with tenacity to maintain focus on issues until satisfied they are adequately resolved

·         Knowledge of industry standards and SQA best practices

·         Experience with various SDLC frameworks.

·         Ability to track complex problems in a dynamic and evolving environment to thorough and complete resolution.
