Primary Job Responsibilities:
Understand the issues raised by business users and provide solution
Recommending appropriate solutions specific to the customer needs to optimize the business Process
Understand the business flow of HCM process and provide support during issues raised in Payroll process
Understand the business process involved in EFM and provide support during financial closure process
