In person interview (will be held on   9/8 @9.10, 11 am.)

1.  Rewrite of an existing application, PeopleSoft by replatforming to newer technologies and reengineering the current subsystems.   
2.  Potential modules to be rewritten, but not limited to:
Manager/Employee self-services
OSP Recruitment
OSP Monthly Weights
OSP GXT Tracking
Drug Testing
Military Status Tracking
OSP Firearm Tracking
OSP Transfer Requests
OSP Promotions
Incident Reporting 
DPS Evaluations Tracking

3.  PeopleSoft is also a central repository accessed by many applications for personnel information.  With the replatforming, the systems must provide easy transport mechanisms to move data in and out of the central database. 
The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) full-time resource to provide two thousand (2080) hours in FY13 to complete this work. Therefore, the response to this Scope of Work shall not exceed two thousand three hundred and twenty (2080) hours.
Background Check must be brought in when interview conducted.

Verifiable experience as a Senior .Net Web Developer. Required 5 Years  
Verifiable .Net experience utilizing C – Sharp (C#)  Required 5 Years
SQL Server Database Design and development including optimizing queries, create tables, views, stored procedures, and functions. Required 5 Years  
Web Development using Microsoft .NET technologies with Visual Studio 2008 or later version. Required 2 Years  
Experience in conversion to SQL Server. Dev. SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) pkgs for data conv.  Required 2 Years  
Experience developoing in service Oriented Architecture (SOA) securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). Required 2 Years  
experience utilizing Visual Studio 2010. Required 1 Years  
Experience with SQL Server 2008 Services (SSRS) and developing reports utilizing SQL Server 2008 servs. Required 6 Months  
Experience in N-tier environments as it relates to deployment. Required 1 Years  
Experience in code repository strategies, code promotion strategies and recovery using Team Foundation Server. Required 1 Years  
Experience implementing Asynchronous Javascript and XML (AJAX) enabled controls within Active Server Pages (ASP).Net web apps  Required 2 Years  
Experience implementing and configuring the "Enterprise Library" for auditing , logging and data access Required 2 Years  
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.8 architecture and design  Highly desired 2 Years
