Position : Sharepoint Developer With .Net
Location : Ann Arbor, MI
Duration : 3-6+Months
Rate : $50/Hr Maxx

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contributing to the creation, optimization, and maintenance of SharePoint sites to address the needs and challenges of the business.
Involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from requirements collection, through development, to maintenance and support.
Participates in the documentation, design, and development of the custom SharePoint applications.
Translates high-level business requirements into specific design.Adheres to industry standard practices and methodologies in .NET, MVC, SQL, etc.
Develops basic and advanced SharePoint artifacts, including (but not limited to) web parts, custom fields, workflows, custom lists and views, content types, etc.Ensures compliance with design and development phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.Participate in design sessions, code reviews, development team meetings, etc.
Stays up to date on current trends in SharePoint related technologies.Ensures the execution and documentation unit tests of software code.Participates in the documentation and review of the technical aspects of the application.
Requirements
5+ years of application development using current and legacy versions of .NET/ASP.NET.
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time, prioritizing your efforts.
Experience in the design and development of SharePoint applications.
Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to exhibit excellent communication skills and possess a proven ability to be a self-motivated member of the Development Team.

Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) in a Client/Server or Web environment.
Familiarity with Client Server and/or Internet/Intranet environments required.
Solid knowledgebase of relational database technologies. (Oracle / SQL Preferred)
Proven success implementing or administrating large Enterprise Content Management (ECM) projects.
Broad technical knowledge of each of the following technologies: Client/server technology, networking systems and solutions, middleware concepts, IT security, web technologies, Storage/SAN management, data warehousing, internet, intranet, portal technologies.Ability to perform data analysis, problem analysis, data flow analysis, and resolution of issues within application systems.Experience working with Vendors in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
