· · TECHNICAL competency will the primary focus:
o Strong experience with SFDC governor limits/ SoQL / DML etc.
o Strong Visualforce Page experience
o Strong experience debugging Test classes
· BUSINESS competency will secondary (yet important) focus:
o SALES competency: Opportunity / Pipeline related business concepts (no Marketing – Lead, campaign, etc)..
o Communication and collaborative skills
o Ability to understand complex Sales related
