-Offshore guidance for best practices, standards
-Offshore coordination across SDLC stages
-Issue resolution, Status tracking and Status reporting to client
-Stakeholder interaction (Client Project Manager, Tech Leads, Business and QA)
-Impact Analysis, Estimation Support
-QA, UAT, Go-Live and Post Go-Live support
