Job Description :
Lead Quality Analyst for P&C Personal Lines to work on ITS Projects. Resource will coordinate with BA and Business to make sure Test conditions are covered for Infrastructure project (Outlook upgrade, Adobe upgrade, etc.). Resource will be part of overall Test case planning and execution.
Position Functions or responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, reviewing, testing and validation of applications across several product areas.Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies or defects Interact with developers and end users to develop and execute test strategies Create edit and update test plans and test cases ensuring complete test coverage, full test documentation for all code to be tested Validate test data and results Document, escalate and follow up on defects per standard processes
