Position: Java Consultant
Locations: Tampa, FL
Duration: initially 6 Months Contract (Can be Extended)
Job Description:
Experience: > 8 years
· Eclipse based Java web development and integration
· Working with installation and management of Eclipse plugins via a locally owned Eclipse Update Site a plus (familiar with notion of p2 repositories, etc…)
· Experience building java applications using ANT and Apache Maven (additionally, any artifact repository experience a plus: Nexus/Artifactory)
· Familiarity with Continuous Integration models, tools, and processes (i.e. Experience with Jenkins, GIT, Subversion, unit testing, code quality products, nightly builds using ant/maven)
General Verbiage:
Generally we need an individual who has solid core java web development experience and is familiar with various Application Development Tools and processes.
Our team is often asked to review various new technologies and potentially introduce to the organization.
Individual needs to be able to quickly adapt and able to test out and integrate new products in POC type capacities (with a focus on App Dev Lifecycle tools).Thanks & Regards,
