Position Title: SAP Business Analyst
Location: Jackson, MI
Duration: 9 months
Method of Interview: Phone then Skype or In-Person interview
This role is specifically aimed to support the Electric Generation arm of our business. It may include interface work in SAP, EAM, ERP, HR, FI, eSOMS and Primavera. The Business Analyst (BA) gathers, documents, and most importantly, analyzes business requirements. The BA conducts final analysis, participates in functional application design, creates mockup / proof of concept and gains final proposal acceptance. Following this, the BA is involved in data conversion, testing, ad-hoc reports and aids in the escalation/resolution of project risks and issues along the way. The candidate may be required to participate in the development of new products and services and lead process design activities. Previous experience in Electric Generation is highly valued.
1) Good communication skills (oral and written)
2) In-depth knowledge of PC usage and related software packages
3) Support testing for defect resolution including development of test scenarios and scripts, execution and reporting of results using HPQC
4) Support Risk, Issue, Change request and Defect tracking processes.
5) Test, implement and track custom developed enhancements, interfaces, portals, functions, queries and stored procedures.
6) Knowledge of Clarity, SharePoint
This consultant needs to have experience with SAP, EAM, ERP, eSOMS, Primavera (Any of these), Familiar with Clarity / SharePoint, HP Quality Center, and has worked with Electric Generation before (Highly valued with CMS).
