This is San From SancroSoft USAS INC.I have an Immediate need for OBIEE Developer.

Position: Senior OBIEE Developer

Location: Fargo, ND

Duration: Fulltime/Contract

 We are looking for someone who is capable of doing the OBI RPD development and ETL development. ODI experience is a must

 Responsibilities

·         Develop an understanding of the client business and processes and make recommendations to implement solutions and improve efficiencies using the group toolset.

·         Work closely with other departments and peers to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions

·         Meet or exceed departmental quality standards and job related performance targets

·         Accept full ownership and accountability for solution of client needs from inception to implementation.

·         Always conform to documentation, coding and quality standards as defined.

·         Review, discuss and work within agreed timescales and feedback to project managers any variances arising as tasks are performed.

·         Understand OBIEE application architecture in order to effectively troubleshoot problems or develop more efficient processes.

·         Complete all tasks related to technical analysis, build out, unit testing, system test and implementation in accordance with the IT development life cycle.

·         Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable ongoing support of the systematic solutions.

·         Communicate with internal and external customers, supervisors and management using clear, user-friendly terminology (emails, phone and meetings).

·         Assist in providing estimates for the resolution of incident requests and enhancements.

·         Provide On Call support for systems and processes based on agreed coverage timeframe.

Qualifications

Work Experience / Knowledge:

·         Understanding of Data Warehouse design principles

·         Understanding of the software development life cycle

·         Solid experience of working in project teams

·         Desire to stay abreast of new development tools and methods

·         Minimum of 5 years of proven systems development experience using OBIEE

·         Must have SQL Server database experience

·         Must have a good understanding of the OBIEE architecture

·         Must have the ability to designing and developing repositories using Star Schema that includes the use of facts, dimensions (including SCDs), hierarchies, measures and aggregation

·         Must have the ability to design, develop, and implement OBIEE dashboards and reports

·         Must have the ability to implementing OBIEE security at various levels

·         Must have the ability to performance tune OBIEE reports

·         Experience working in a MUD environment is a plus

·         Experience in OBIEE merge functionality is a considered a plus

·         Experience in OBIEE systems administration is considered a plus

·         Experience with OBIA including Oracle Financials and Siebel CRM is considered a plus

·         Experience building and automating workflows with Informatica is considered a plus
