The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has secured Federal grant funding from the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS), Grant No. 1A1CMS331188-01-00. LARA and MSP have an interagency agreement (LARA 13-IA-007) to improve security and turnaround times for the receipt of criminal history responses by integrating a process of electronic record delivery to replaced the existing process of hard copy delivery via interdepartmental mail. Project Objective: This request would be to develop electronic delivery of Criminal History Records directly to the Michigan Workforce Background Check System (MWBC) along with participating in the process for the FBI rapback and to integrate the FBI rapback process for the MWBC. Scope of Work: A. Development - Develop web services to accept information from the MSP ALIAS criminal history system and load into the MWBC Database. Tasks: Gather Business Requirements through facilitated JAD Sessions. Develop Design Architecture. Implement Design Test Design with End Users.
Skills Required Candidates will be evaluated on the following criteria:

Mobile App Construction
Windows based Design/Development/Testing
Oracle database
Design/Development with Criminal Justice Systems/Data
