Carrer

Technical Skills:
• Proven experience in the following: MVC3 or greater, HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database technologies such as MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers, etc
• Proficiency using Visual Studio 2013 and a Source Control Solution like GIT or Team Foundation Server
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows/IIS platform experience
• Strong exposure to object oriented design and development is necessary

Communication Skills:
• Self-motivated and self-driven is a must with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to lead and motivate others to accomplish a common goal

Preferred
• Experience working directly with clients
• Experience with community based .NET frameworks like nLog, log4net, nunit, etc...
