Basic Entry Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with two (2) to five (5) years of IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
· Should have more than 5 years of business analysis experience.
· Should be able to mentor other BA's on the process and best practices for conducting requirements elicitation
· Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications critical
- Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals.
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
- Airlines experience will be a plus.

o Highly skilled in communications, investigative questioning, team leading, group facilitating, consensus building, critical analysis, diagnosis, and writing with clarity.
o Demonstrate strength and leadership, providing an example for others on:

§ Requirements prioritizing and approval

o Business Process Modeling
§ Process design, and modification
§ Process integration with other business processes
§ Process development management & communication

§ Identification of alternative solutions
§ Analysis/vetting of alternative solutions
§ Establish Solution Agreement
o Use Case
o UAT Planning & Execution
§ Facilitate business acceptance of solution
§ Coordinate/conduct user acceptance testing
o Work in Agile / RUP/Waterfall Methodology.
o Mentor Sr. BA and BA's in the team
• Able to evangelize the value of BA practices as they relate to project success
