  - 15 yrs +  Linux System Administrator Experience.

  - Strong scripting experience.  I'd like to see example shell scripts written by the candidate that they have used to automate some admin tasks if possible.

  - MANDATORY Experience in automating Linux OS deployments.  Prefer someone who has developed a system or process to build a base configuration and then deploy it to a series of machines.

  - MANDATORY Experience with system configuration cloning to build multiple environments. 

-          MANDATORY Experience with cloning with any tool.

  - MANDATORY Experience in building Linux application packages that include configuration scripts.   This includes experience with building customized Linux distros, creating custom RPM packages, or anything similar.

  - Experience in managing remote installs with restricted connection availability.   WAN experience is preferred over someone who has only worked in LAN environments.

  - Any experience with automating the deployment of Oracle fusion components (web tier, database, weblogic, etc) onto Linux OS is also desirable.

  - Candidate should also have a decent understanding of SSL technology.
