Role: SAP SolMan(7.1) Functional Consultant
Location: Burbank, CA
Duration:12+ months
Job Description:
Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation and support. The role requires the knowledge and skills that are both broad and deep that involves SAP Solution Manager Implementations and upgrades. Should have worked extensively with Solution Documentation Assistant, Service Desk, and Change Request Management. He should have organizes the development effort of a systems solution using Solution Manager along with capability to perform consulting, AMS support. Must have lead at least one ChaRM implementations, and have experience with at least two other Solution Manager modules:
•ITSM / Incident Management (integration with 3rd party systems a plus)
•Solution Documentation (integration with ARIS a plus)
•Implementation / Upgrade projects
•Test Workbench (integration with HPQC and others a plus)
•Technical Monitoring / Root Cause Analysis
•Business Process Change Analysis
•Business Process Operations
•Custom Code Management
