Position: Tools Support Lead

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Job Requirement:

  • Plan tasks for all resources of the tools support team.
  • Coordinate between onshore and offshore team
  • Participate in Kohl's management reviews and reporting as necessary
  • Liaison between Kohl's and Wipro support team to ensure delivery, planning and improvements
  • Work and Documentation review
  • Create and share Weekly status report
  • Liaison with infrastructure on all tool related topics
  • Management of the reporting Dashboards
  • Measures and reports SLA adherence
  • Management of Improvement Plan
  • Creates, tracks, and maintains operation engagement risks (Responsible for Risk Management)
  • Manage licenses and upgrades
  • Works with tool vendors to resolve tool-related L2 & L3 tickets
  • Optimize utilization of licenses
  • Planning and procurement of tools
  • General understanding of tools
  • License Management
  • Vendor Management
  • License Procurement
  • Asset Management
  • Expertise in on or more of the below mentioned tools
  • Client QC\ALM, BPT , Jira, Mingle, DynaTrace, Silk Performer, Client Performance Center, HttpAnalyzer, Jprofiler, Wily Interscope, Client UFT, SOAPUI, Perfecto, Selenium, Hammer, Bsquare TQP, Nexus, Starteam, GitHub Enterprise, CA LISA, Data Generation Tool, Informatica ILM, Financial Query, WebInspect, Jenkins
