Responsibilities
| · Resource will play a critical role by bringing strong techno-functional leadership in providing support and innovative solutions to Finance and SCM business processes(especially PeopleSoft Supply Planning) · Delivering PeopleSoft finance technical solutions to PeopleSoft finance production support and development efforts. · Providing technical leadership for PeopleSoft finance development and production support efforts. · Collaborating with Finance SME teams to resolve PeopleSoft technical questions/challenges. · Working with teams in onsite-offshore model to support PeopleSoft Finance processing. · Maintain application integration solutions using PeopleSoft Integration Broker and other PeopleSoft integration technologies. · Identifying and prioritizing system enhancements and develop specifications for Oracle/PeopleSoft Applications that meet business requirements. · Apply product and industry knowledge and expertise to meet customer requirements Skills |
| · Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 8.9 or later with expertise in Supply Planning and Purchasing modules · Ability to work with offshore team in an onsite-offshore model for production support and delivery of bug fixes, enhancements, projects related to finance processes. · Ability to design, develop, review and monitor the techno-functional work from offshore and ensure all client guidelines are followed in delivering support to business user requests. · Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Required) · Knowledge of PeopleTools Technology for designing solutions specifically IB (Required) · Ability to work in an onsite-offshore Global delivery model context (Required) |
| Qualification |
| Masters in Technology or Science or any equivalent degree/ Bachelors in Technology or Science/ Graduation in Business Administration with excellent and consistent academic credentials.
