Job Description-
We need people with Helpdesk/non-voice BPO in telecom Billing/CRM. Also candidates with 1-3 yr experience is good.
Mandatory:
ITES experience within Telecom domain
knowledge of telecom billing/CRM/Provisioning system (Amdocs product knowledge not required)
basic technical skills - unix/SQL
good spoken english
high school grad/associate degree
