Position: Remedy Business Analyst
Location: Roanoke, VA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
· Work with team to best understand current utilization of Remedy ITSM and implement new processes for better use of the tool
· Analyze system and determine configurations to match customer business needs while leveraging ITSM technologies.
· Gather and map customer data to new ITSM models
· Work with existing developers, engineers and admins to implement Remedy ITSM across newly acquired IT group
· Process improvement, configuration, analysis and implementation of Remedy ITSM Suite
