Title:  C#/Java Developer with Java/C#  programming Exp

Location: Roseville, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

·         BS in Computer Science or related field

·         Immediate authorization to work in the US

·         3+ years relevant work experience using Microsoft SQL server/Oracle database, Windows, SQL and XML

·         Experience mapping XML to fillable PDF's

·         Experience creating and updating DDLS

·         Solid Java programming and a working knowledge of C# or solid C# programming skills and working knowledge of Java

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong analytical problem-solving skills

·         Full software life cycle experience including requirements gathering through product enhancement releases.

·         Ability to work independently 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

·         Experience with Spring Framework, web service client implementation, and distributed systems.

·         Customer support experience.

·         Technical lead experience.

·         Web hosting experience.

Familiarity with the Internal Revenue Service's Modernized e-File system
